Janani is a senior tech executive and leadership educator with a background that includes Microsoft, Harvard Business School, McKinsey, Google, and multiple startups. She began her career in product management and strategy—and after two decades of high-achieving execution, she stepped away from the traditional path to reflect, explore, and start a family. During that time, she completed a journalism fellowship, studied psychology and fulfillment, and lived abroad while continuing to grow professionally. She returned to tech with clarity and purpose—and now teaches others how to do the same. Her work blends ambition, reflection, and the art of listening inward.
